Assalam-u-Alaikum
I have but a suggestion about this forum that it should have Arabic Encoding already enabled instead of users having to enable it themselves.
It is good for posting ayats and arabic scripts.
To users:
To enable arabic encoding, right-click anywhere in the page, point to Encoding and then click Arabic (Windows). This is for IE. I don't know for Netscape or others.
Then you will be able to see what's written below:

Sorry. English is the only TEXT language which we will use here. If you try to use any other character set we may have issue with database. Besides we dont really have people who like to write in ARabic here.

Simple suggestion for you people who wants to post arabic here... What you have to do is simply export (it's an option in file) as some picture format into any directory of your computer. Convert it to samllest format like jpg or gif. Upload it to some online directory put it here... Simple.... No need to work hard on modification of enabling Arabic language... If you like to post, then there is always a way

What's to work hard?
You can enable arabic in any page by adding the following between the <HEAD> tags.
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type"
CONTENT="text/html; CHARSET=Windows-1256">
