name: PAKO-PROTEIN

story: It was a chilly evening, rather uneventful, subtle and sombre. I was feeling a little famished, having not eaten for a while. A gaze at the referigerator shelf led to a realisation that my most cherished beverage, cow milk, was consumed, and my indolence disallowed me to make a trip to the grocer.

Feeling utterly confused, lost and gloomy, I decided that I could not let myself down due to the absence of milk. I thought to myself that I must go on, and so I did. I looked left and right, up and down. My protuberant eyes met a green aluminum can on the 3rd shelf from the top, and I felt a surge in my heartbeat. It was after all, a can of Pakola, a completely americanised one since it had nutritional information and the western tab. Before the rush subdued, I picked the cold can, and the touch of it on my sweaty palms, sent a frigid sensation of auspiciousness.

Next, I searched here and there for something to share the pakola with. I didn't have to look very far, for I passed a lecherrous look upon a tub of 100% whey protein. I hurried to the tub, poured the sugary green liquid in the blender jug, added 3 scoops of whey protein, and 200ml litres of water...... and pressed the pulse button, followed by the frappe button. I wiated anxiously for 20 seconds, and once time passed, I poured the whitish-green liquid with soft hands and a very agog manner. I was very athirst to take the first sip, but at the same time unsure and baffled.

Once the sip was taken, heaven followed in all its 7 stages. What ensued is too hard to describe in words, but was paradise in a liquid form.

look only 4.5 g of fat... but yea the protein is high coz DUH I used 100% whey protein. hehe

it is the perfect diet drink, along with a multivitamin.

DDA, go and check in a paki store.. Pakola is extremely cheap here. IT is like 50 US cents for a 355cc can. That's like 33 pence. aint that cheap for the queen of pakistani drinks, 13000 kilometers away from its manufacturing site.

no i loveeeeeee PAKOLA, i had other stuff, but they all require heating. and i hate using the micro.
